Mavs 107, Kings 103; Vote On 'The Dirkie'!

One night after being tabbed as an All-Star for the 12th time, Dirk Nowitzki is the leading candidate to be tabbed as the winner of 'The Dirkie' for Friday's 107-103 home win over the Kings. But Mavs Nation is a democracy. So not even The Uberman's 34 points make this automatic. Who Deserves "The Dirkie''? Vote here!

The Dallas Mavericks almost always seem to find a way to survive Sacramento. They did it again Friday at the AAC with a 107-103 win over the undermanned Kings, who lost their sixth straight game and registered their 19th straight loss in Dallas.

Dirk will naturally garner a ton of votes. The 34 points will do that; so will the afterglow of his All-Star selection. Brandan Wright put up his first double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds; he is in the voters' mix. And the backcourt of Monta and Jose combined for 34 points while the Mavs committed just four turnovers.
